The Interactive Map is to be used to obtain only a summary of information regarding sites regulated by DERR. Use beyond this intended purpose is at the users risk. At this time, sites regulated by divisions of the Utah's Department of Environmental Quality outside of DERR, and other regulatory agencies will probably not be contained in the Interactive Map. Site location and other information is subject to inherent error and inaccuracies due to the limitations of the data collection methods, data entry errors, and other factors. DERR makes no representation to the completeness or accuracy of the information in this web site. Please report any inaccuracies David Wilson. More complete information on all sites can be made available at the DERR office at 168 North 1950 West, first floor, Salt Lake City.

The site location display in the Interactive Map View is only a APPROXIMATE representation of the sites actual location. As you zoom in, using the map view, the error is magnified in regards to the overall coordinates or position of the sites in relationship to the road data layer and other feature layers.
